When I pulled up these pictures the other day, I started to feel guilty that we didn't go to Branson so Adelyn could enjoy spending time with her cousins. The very next day, we got a pamphlet in the mail about Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City. So happens that I was invited to an old friend's wedding nearby the first weekend in August. So, I used my best negotiation skills and talked my husband into considering a long weekend there. You should see this place-- www.greatwolf.com. It's a huge indoor/outdoor waterpark with additional kid activities like min-golf, an interactive action adventure called MagiQuest, kid spa, craft area, nightly story time, arcade, themed suites, etc. How have I never heard of this place?!So, wish me luck in my plan to take the girls there.
